I got a question, if I add a donate button but I do not have a business or organization and the donations will be coming from friends or relatives, and such donations need to be done as Friends/Family in paypal, Then my questions are the following 1) How can I set up a donate button specifically for friends/family in my blog? we are in 2024, your video was posted 3 years ago which would be in 2021, so I would like to know an update 2) If one of them change his/her mind in the donation for whatever reason, can the money be refunded by paypal? 3) I do know from paypal that if I wanted to do that I had to have a merchant account and not a personal account, but if that's so then they charge 3 percent and 40 percent of something else which is very inconvenient I want to add that I did go to paypal and I went into the donation's information page they have, however they do not answer these questions, I spent more than 30 mins reading and asking for assistance in the automated bot they have, to no avail I got no answers, I did not want to speak to a representative because most of the times they are people behind a computer like I am and getting probably the same answer that I get, so is a waste of time, best answers come form users, that's why I'm here hoping you can help me . Thanks in advance I do hope you answer my questions and help me out, most appreciate it. Also in this video you posted, I was not clear if the money system you chose like EUR will only allow EUR currency or if it will convert any money automatically, say I have a friend in Australia (their currency is AUD) and one in France (EUR), so their currency is not dollars, if they wanted to send me a donation as a friend but my currency is in dollars, would the button work for them and allow them to donate in their currency? or not? Also if I need a particular amount of donation say 20 dollars at least, can I set paypal for that donation amount that I need from my friends on a monthly basis per say? If you can do a tutorial answering these questions it will be most appreciate it. So in the order would be the following 1) What kind of paypal account do I need to have personal or merchant? 2) Set up a paypal donate button from friends/family in my blog 3) The donation needs to be a minimum of 20 dollars 4) Can the donation be refunded 5) Can the paypal button for donations accept donations from countries outside the US in dollars by automatically converting form friends or relatives their currency amount into dollars so they know they are at the donated cap, so I can receive the donation in US dollars? That's the questions I asked, I do hope you can answer them and make an updated new tutorial, thanks
